    Trial, subscription charges vs ad spend, cancellations, refunds, and plan changes.

    When you qualify for a trial, you get hands-on access to core features—often including publishing—under the terms shown at signup. Trials may collect a payment method upfront so live campaigns remain funded; billing dates and renewal rules appear in Billing settings.

    After any trial converts, your workspace bills on the renewal cadence for your chosen plan—you receive receipts and can review invoices under Billing settings. Failed charges typically trigger retries before campaigns are paused, with email notice.

    Your AdCat subscription pays for tooling, workflows, automation, and reporting. Ad spend flows through your Meta billing—Meta bills your ad payment method separately. Increasing daily budget raises Meta spend without changing vendor subscription unless you upgrade plans.

    Open Billing in settings—Cancel finishes at period end unless otherwise stated; Pause is available where we offer seasonal holds. Turning off recurring billing does not erase past invoices or negate charges already processed.

    Use Change plan in Billing whenever available; changes usually apply at renewal so you finish the active period before the next rate kicks in.
