Billing & Subscription

You’re charged when you choose to publish your first campaign, not before. Once you subscribe to go live, billing continues on that cadence: every 7 days on the weekly plan, every 30 days on the monthly plan. We email a receipt the moment each charge goes through, and every invoice lives under Settings → Billing. If a charge ever fails, we retry quietly for 3 days before pausing your campaigns, never without telling you.

Your AdCat subscription is a flat fee that covers campaign creation, the AI ad-set generation, ongoing optimization, and reporting — that fee goes to AdCat. Your ad spend is the money Meta actually uses to show your ads, and it gets billed directly by Meta to your own ad account, never through us. For most accounts we recommend starting at $30–$50 per day in ad spend so AdCat has enough data to learn what's converting, and you can change that cap any time without re-publishing.

Open Settings → Manage Billing and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Cancel button. Canceling ends your subscription at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.

Head to Settings → Billing and click Change plan to switch between weekly ($39/week) and monthly ($139/month). Upgrading to monthly takes effect right away: you’re charged $139 immediately and your monthly limits kick in with a fresh quota. Downgrading to weekly takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your monthly benefits until then. Monthly works out to about $30/month cheaper than paying weekly.
